FAQs

How do I clean and maintain my silver jewellery?

1. Wear It Often

The oils in your skin help clean silver and keep it looking shiny. The best way to prevent tarnish is to wear your jewellery regularly.

2. Avoid Harsh Chemicals

Remove silver jewellery before swimming, cleaning, or using products like lotion and perfume to prevent discoloration.

3. Store It Properly

Store silver in an anti-tarnish bag or a lined jewellery box in a low-humidity area. Our packaging boxes will contain an Anti-tarnish tab.

4. Use a Polishing Cloth

Using a soft, specialized cloth is the safest way to remove light tarnish. We will include a small polishing cloth with your order.

5. Clean with Mild Soap

Reliable and safe for regular cleaning. Use warm water and a few drops of mild dish washing liquid, then dry thoroughly.

When cleaning sterling silver, consider:

  • For Light Tarnish: A silver polishing cloth is your best first choice. It’s gentle and effective.
  • For General Grime: Mild soap and water work perfectly. Use a soft brush for detailed pieces.
  • For Heavy Tarnish: A quality commercial silver polish may be needed. Always follow the instructions carefully.

🚫 What to Avoid: Never use toothpaste, baking soda pastes, or other harsh abrasives that can permanently scratch the silver.

How do I know my ring size?

Ring Size Conversion Guide (US – UK – EU – Metric)

How to Read the Table (table can be viewed by clicking "Ring Sizing" below the ring sizing options at the top of this page)

  • Diameter (mm) = inside width of ring

Measuring Tips

  1. Measure your finger at the end of the day when it’s largest.
  2. Avoid measuring when your hands are cold.
